One may think that the preteen band had their moment in history that was 1997, now they have disappeared forever right? Not hardly!  On June 16th 2010...

The Hanson Brothers were scheduled to appear in New York at Pier 16, and "Paper Magazine" sponsored this free event. Paper Magazine was featuring an unknown artist by the name of "Drake" who is climbing from Canadian charts, with Hanson starting the show at 6pm. They expected 10,000 people to show for their free concert. Instead of 10,000, over 20,000 showed and organizers had to ask police to help. The second part of the concert was canceled, the New Yorkers did not want Hanson to leave the stage. Who says Hanson is gone?

The New York City police broke up the crowd and Hanson went back home to Oklahoma, hopefully realizing they are still a major player int he music business.
